North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Buncombe overwhelmed by Owen

The Owen Warhorses topped the visiting North Buncombe Black Hawks volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Warhorses confront the Mountain Heritage Cougars (Burnsville, NC) in a Western Highlands 2A/3A bout, on Tuesday, October 14. Owen will attempt to better on its 19-1 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 4-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC).

With the loss, North Buncombe drops to 1-20 on the campaign. The Black hawks travel to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to clash with the Rams in a Mountain 5A/6A bout on Tuesday, October 14. The Rams enter the match with a record of 14-16. T.C. Roberson won 3-0 in their recent league match against Erwin (Asheville, NC)
