The Aledo Bearcats football squad scored 64 points and restricted the host Centennial Spartans to 21 in the Bearcats league victory on Friday.

The Bearcats now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ryan for a 5A-1 Region I District 3 battle on Friday, October 21. Aledo will play a Raiders squad coming off a 23-16 league loss to Centennial (Burleson, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 4-2.

Coming up next, the Spartans play the Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A-1 Region I District 3 battle, on Friday, October 21. Centennial will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 77-7 league win over South Hills (Fort Worth, TX).
