    The Mill Creek Hawks football team (Hoschton, GA), was beaten 39-27 in Friday's league challenge with the host Buford Wolves (Buford, GA)

    The Wolves (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dacula (Dacula, GA). The Falcons come into the AAAAAAA Region 8 challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Dacula knocked off Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA), 21-7, in a league challenge.

    The Hawks now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Collins Hill for a AAAAAAA Region 8 challenge on Friday, October 21. Mill Creek will meet a Eagles team coming off a 17-0 league win over Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
