The Canandaigua Academy Braves (Canandaigua, NY) football defeated the visiting Irondequoit Eagles (Rochester, NY), 22-6 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Braves face the Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 21. Canandaigua Academy will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Cadets enter the bout with a 7-1 record after their 35-20 non-league win over Brighton (Rochester, NY).
The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Brighton (Rochester, NY). The Bruins enter the Section 5 A1 bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Brighton lost by Hilton (Hilton, NY), 35-20, in a non-league bout.
