The Ritenour Huskies football team (Overland, MO), was tipped 48-47 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Lafayette Lancers (Wildwood, MO)

The Lancers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO). The Flyers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Lindbergh nipped Mehlville (St. Louis, MO), 42-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Huskies now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to University City for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 22. Ritenour will meet a Lions team coming off a 21-0 league win over Clayton (St. Louis, MO). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.
