In Friday's league battle, the visiting Litchfield Cowboys soccer squad scored a good 9-0 triumph over the Gilbert Yellowjackets.
The Cowboys (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs come into the Berkshire battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Nonnewaug thwarted Wamogo (Litchfield, CT), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
