The Trinity Tigers volleyball team (Trinity, TX), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls (Anderson, TX)

The Fighting Owls (24-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Pirates enter the 3A Region III District 23 challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Shepherd defeated New Waverly (New Waverly, TX), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans (Coldspring, TX) in a 3A Region III District 23 battle, on Friday, October 21. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record.
