Texas High School Volleyball - Cooper over St. Stephen's Episcopal

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Cooper Dragons (The Woodlands, TX) and the visiting St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans (Austin, TX), saw Cooper's volleyball squad beat St. Stephen's Episcopal by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Cooper upgrades its record to 7-9 on the year. The Dragons host St. Andrew's (Austin, TX) to play the Highlanders in a Southwest Prep - South bout on Saturday, October 15. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 11-11. St. Andrew's lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Houston Christian (Houston, TX)

The Spartans now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Houston Christian for a Southwest Prep - South bout on Saturday, October 15. St. Stephen's Episcopal will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Andrew's (Austin, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-9.
