The Nederland Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Crosby Cougars to 0 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 26-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lee for a 5A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, October 18. Nederland will meet a Ganders team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX). The Ganders record now stands at 6-23.

The Cougars (18-22) will now prepare for their game against Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX). The Patriots enter the 5A Region III District 17 game with a 15-19 record. In their last game, Goose Creek Memorial was dropped by Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
