The Industrial Cobras volleyball team (Vanderbilt, TX), went down 3-1 in Friday's league challenge with the host Edna Cowboys (Edna, TX)

The Cowboys (17-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Yoakum (Yoakum, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region IV District 25 challenge with a 23-10 record. In their last challenge, Yoakum defeated Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cobras encounter the Hallettsville Brahmas (Hallettsville, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 25 challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. Industrial will attempt to move on its 16-24 season record. The Brahmas come into the challenge with a 13-17 record after their 3-0 league win over Palacios (Palacios, TX).
