Texas High School Volleyball - Hondo over Natalia

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) and the host Natalia Mustangs (Natalia, TX), saw Hondo's volleyball squad beat Natalia by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Hondo upgrades its record to 24-13 on the year. The Owls host Cotulla (Cotulla, TX) to play the Cowboys in a 3A Region IV District 28 bout on Tuesday, October 18. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 11-19. Cotulla lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Lytle (Lytle, TX)

The Mustangs now own a 5-19 record. They play next when they travel to Crystal City for a 3A Region IV District 28 bout on Tuesday, October 18. Natalia will play a Javelinas squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Dilley (Dilley, TX). The Javelinas record now stands at 13-12.
