Connecticut High School Volleyball - New London overwhelmed by Lyman Memorial

In Friday's league battle, the visiting Lyman Memorial Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the New London Whalers.

The Bulldogs (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Killingly (Killingly, CT). The Redmen come into the non-league battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Killingly lost by Plainfield (Central Village, CT), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Whalers encounter the Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut - Small battle, on Monday, October 17. New London will attempt to advance on its 0-12 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 8-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Killingly (Killingly, CT).
