Texas High School Volleyball - Pewitt New Boston

The New Boston Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pewitt Brahmas to 1 in the Lions league victory on Friday.

The Lions now have a 18-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redwater for a 3A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, October 18. New Boston will meet a Dragons team coming off a 3-2 league win over Queen City (Queen City, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 12-20.

The Brahmas (18-12) will now prepare for their game against Hooks (Hooks, TX). The Hornets enter the 3A Region II District 14 game with a 24-13 record. In their last game, Hooks dropped by New Boston (New Boston, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
