Maine High School Volleyball - Wells over North Yarmouth Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the Wells Warriors (Wells, ME) volleyball squad were winner over the host North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME) in a Class B contest, on Monday, October 17. Wells will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Blue Blazes go into the contest with a 3-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Greely (Cumberland Center, ME).

With the loss, North Yarmouth Academy moves to 3-10 on the year. The Panthers host Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME) to battle the Royals in a Class C contest on Saturday, October 15. The Royals go into the contest with a record of 6-6. Jonesport-Beals won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Bucksport (Bucksport, ME)
