The West Mesquite Wranglers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Samuell Spartans to 1 in the Wranglers league victory on Friday.

The Wranglers now have a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Mesquite for a 5A Region II District 12 game on Tuesday, October 18. West Mesquite will meet a Stallions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Conrad (Conrad, MT). The Stallions record now stands at 11-7.

The Spartans (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Adams (Dallas, TX). The Cougars enter the 5A Region II District 12 game with a 17-16 record. In their last game, Adams gained a win over Seagoville (Dallas, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
