The Lafayette Generals held off the visiting Frederick Douglass Broncos soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Generals now sport a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to West Jessamine for a non-league match on Monday, October 16. Lafayette will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Somerset (Somerset, KY). The Colts record now stands at 13-9.
With the loss, Frederick Douglass drops to 16-3 on the season.
