Biggsville West Central Heat (Biggsville, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes (Abingdon, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Heat battle the Knoxville Blue Bullets (Knoxville, IL) in a Lincoln Trail match, on Monday, October 16. Biggsville West Central will attempt to advance on its 20-14 season record. The Blue Bullets come into the match with a 18-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Kewanee (Kewanee, IL).

With the loss, Abingdon/Avon drops to 2-22 on the campaign.
