The Lions go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Spring Grove won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN)

The Wildcats now own a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to LeRoy-Ostrander for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. Goodhue will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Glenville-Emmons (Glenville, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-7.
