Nebraska High School Volleyball - Bridgeport over Perkins County

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE) and the host Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE), saw Bridgeport's volleyball squad beat Perkins County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Bridgeport upgrades its record to 15-12 on the year. The Bulldogs host Hay Springs (Hay Springs, NE) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 20-9. Hay Springs lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hemingford (Hemingford, NE)

The Plainsmen now own a 16-10 record. They play next when they travel to Kimball for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. Perkins County will play a Longhorns squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE). The Longhorns record now stands at 3-20.
