Kansas High School Volleyball - Stanton County over Deerfield

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS) and the host Deerfield Spartans (Deerfield, KS), saw Stanton County's volleyball squad beat Deerfield by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Stanton County upgrades its record to 17-17 on the year. The Trojans travel to Wichita County (Leoti, KS) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 21-10. Wichita County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Stanton County (Johnson, KS)

The Spartans now own a 8-19 record. They play next when they travel to Syracuse for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. Deerfield will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Elkhart (Elkhart, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-16.
