With the win, E.D. White upgrades its record to 23-7 on the year. The Cardinals travel to St. Scholastica (Covington, LA) to play the Doves in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Doves go into the bout with a record of 14-13. St. Scholastica won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA)

The Redstickers now own a 10-15 record. They play next when they travel to Teurlings Catholic for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. St. Joseph's Academy will play a Rebels squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 19-8.
