Texas High School Volleyball - Edgewood tips Rains

The Edgewood Bulldogs (Edgewood, TX) volleyball nudged the visiting Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX), 3-2 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Edgewood betters its record to 26-10 on the year. The Bulldogs host Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX) to face the Buffaloes in a 3A Region II District 12 outing on Tuesday, October 17. The Buffaloes go into the outing with a record of 19-14. Lone Oak won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Prairiland (Pattonville, TX)

The Wildcats now sport a 15-18 record. They play next when they travel to Prairiland for a 3A Region II District 12 outing on Tuesday, October 17. Rains will face a Patriots squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 14-24.
