In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting High Tech Mesa Thunder volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Monarch Royals.
The Thunder (15-20) will now prepare for their battle against Imperial (Imperial, CA). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 23-9 record. In their last test, Imperial gained a win over Morse (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Royals (5-20) will now prepare for their test against Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA). The Monarchs enter the non-league test with a 1-20 record. In their last test, Monte Vista was knocked off by El Camino (Oceanside, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
