Kansas High School Volleyball - Holton edged by Nemaha Central

The Nemaha Central Thunder held off the host Holton Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Thunder now have a 34-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perry-Lecompton for a Big Seven test on Tuesday, October 17. Nemaha Central will confront a Kaws team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Royal Valley (Hoyt, KS). The Kaws record now stands at 28-7.

The Wildcats (21-15) will now prepare for their test against Sabetha (Sabetha, KS). The Bluejays enter the non-league test with a 12-19 record. In their last test, Sabetha held off Jackson Heights (Holton, KS), 2-0, in a non-league test.
