California High School Volleyball - Pershing County routed by North Tahoe

The Pershing County Mustangs volleyball team (Lovelock, NV), was dropped 3-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA)

The Lakers (20-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Lions enter the 2A Northern challenge with a 16-10 record. In their last challenge, Yerington was dropped by Incline (Incline Village, NV), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) in a 2A Northern challenge, on Friday, October 20. Pershing County will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a 9-19 record after their 3-2 league win over Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV).
