California High School Flag Football - Hilmar falls to Escalon

The Escalon Cougars felled the visiting Hilmar Yellowjackets flag football team by a score of 36-12 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Orestimba Warriors (Newman, CA) in a Trans-Valley League challenge, on Wednesday, October 16. Escalon will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 17-5 record after their 45-13 league win over Sonora (Sonora, CA).

The Yellowjackets (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Orestimba (Newman, CA). The Warriors go into the Trans-Valley League challenge with a 17-6 record. In their last challenge, Orestimba lost by Escalon (Escalon, CA), 22-21, in a league challenge.
