In Monday's league contest, the visiting John Bapst Memorial Crusaders soccer team scored a close 7-1 win over the Caribou Vikings.
Next, the Crusaders battle the Bangor Rams (Bangor, ME) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 16. John Bapst Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 10-1 record after their 5-0 league win over Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME).
The Vikings (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The Wildcats enter the Class B - North contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Presque Isle held off Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME), 8-0, in a league contest.
