In Monday's league outing, the visiting Silver Fighting Colts soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 win over the Chaparral Lobos.
The Fighting Colts (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM). The Desert Warriors enter the 4A District 3 outing with a 11-4 record. In their last outing, Santa Teresa tipped Deming (Deming, NM), 5-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Lobos confront the Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) in a 4A District 3 outing, on Thursday, October 17. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 0-14 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 5-12 record after their 5-0 league loss to Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM).
