The Knights (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Newark Academy tipped Orange (Orange, NJ), 10-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Lions confront the Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 15. Mount St. Mary Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 4-6 record after their 4-0 league loss to New Providence (New Providence, NJ).
