Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Polk County improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Wolverines travel to East Rutherford (Forest City, NC) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. The Cavaliers go into the test with a record of 1-7.

The Trojans now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hendersonville for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Chase will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-6.
