Virginia High School Volleyball - Galax tips Eastern Montgomery

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Galax Maroon Tide volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs.
The Maroon Tide (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 8-6 record. In their last challenge, Bland County edged George Wythe (Wytheville, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs play the Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 21. Eastern Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record.
