The Mountaineers (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA). The Marauders go into the Laurel Highlands 1 challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Guilfoyle by Clearfield (Clearfield, PA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

With the loss, Bald Eagle Area moves to 5-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA) to encounter the Golden Tigers in a Mountain League challenge on Wednesday, October 16. The Golden Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Hollidaysburg won 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA)
