The Scarsdale Raiders (Scarsdale, NY) soccer nipped the visiting Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY), 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Raiders now hold a 2-1 record.
With the loss, Monroe-Woodbury moves to 9-4 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY) to encounter the Goldbacks in a Section 9 Division I challenge on Wednesday, October 16. The Goldbacks go into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Newburgh Free Academy lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Arlington (LaGrangeville, NY)
