The Wildcats (21-8) will now prepare for their contest against Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Panthers enter the District 59 contest with a 19-6 record. In their last contest, Pikeville notched a victory over Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Pirates battle the Paintsville Tigers (Paintsville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 17. Belfry will attempt to move on its 6-15 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 19-12 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Floyd Central (Eastern, KY).
