The Cavaliers now have a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Powdersville for a AAA Region 1 outing on Tuesday, October 15. Christ Church Episcopal will play a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest (Greenville, SC). The Patriots record now stands at 25-4.

With the loss, Carolina Academy drops to 0-15 on the campaign. The Trojans host Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC) to play the Sabres in a AAA Region 1 outing on Wednesday, October 16. The Sabres come into the outing with a record of 3-12. Southside Christian lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Westside (Anderson, SC)
