San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Carson Colts (Carson, CA), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, San Pedro improves its record to 14-14 on the season. The Pirates travel to Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA) to face the Chancellors in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. The Chancellors go into the test with a record of 24-18. Chatsworth lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Taft (Woodland Hills, CA)

The Colts now own a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Narbonne for a Marine test on Thursday, October 17. Carson will face a Gauchos squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Rancho Dominguez (Long Beach, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 10-8.
