The Kennedy Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Sylmar Spartans to 2 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now possess a 22-10 record.

With the loss, Sylmar drops to 19-20 on the campaign. The Spartans host San Fernando (San Fernando, CA) to meet the Tigers in a Valley Mission challenge on Wednesday, October 16. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-15. San Fernando lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Reseda (Reseda, CA)
