Arizona High School Volleyball - San Tan Foothills overwhelmed by Payson

The Payson Longhorns topped the visiting San Tan Foothills Sabercats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's league game.

Next up, the Longhorns confront the ALA - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) in a 3A - Metro game, on Tuesday, October 15. Payson will attempt to advance on its 20-9 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 7-11 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ).

The Sabercats (4-16) will now prepare for their game against Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ). The Chargers go into the 3A - Metro game with a 12-7 record. In their last game, Benjamin Franklin was dropped by Northwest Christian (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a league game.
