Southern Raiders (Wymore, NE) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sterling Jets (Sterling, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Southern advances its record to 5-18 on the season. The Raiders travel to Johnson-Brock (Johnson, NE) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, October 14. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 19-5. Johnson-Brock won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE)

The Jets now sport a 1-22 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. Sterling will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer (Humboldt, NE). The Raiders record now stands at 5-19.
