The May River Sharks volleyball squad (Bluffton, SC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC)

With the win, Bluffton moves its record to 12-7 on the year. The Bobcats host Bishop England (Charleston, SC) to encounter the Battling Bishops in a AAAA Region 7 battle on Thursday, October 16. The Battling Bishops go into the battle with a record of 11-11. Bishop England lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC)

The Sharks now own a 7-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bridges Prep for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 15. May River will meet a Buccaneers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 1-12.
