The Annie Wright Gators (Tacoma, WA) soccer nipped the host Klahowya Eagles (Silverdale, WA), 1-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Gators now hold a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Montesano for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 18. Annie Wright will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-1.
With the loss, Klahowya drops to 5-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Vashon Island (Vashon Island, WA) to battle the Pirates in a 1A Nisqually contest on Thursday, October 16. The Pirates enter the contest with a record of 2-9. Vashon Island won 4-0 in their recent non-league contest against Chimacum (Chimacum, WA)
