In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets.

With the win, Gray Collegiate Academy advances its record to 12-3 on the season. The War Eagles travel to Gilbert (Gilbert, SC) to face the Indians in a test on Thursday, October 16. The Indians go into the test with a record of 9-4.

The Fighting Green Hornets now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Aiken for a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. Aiken will face a Thoroughbreds squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC). The Thoroughbreds record now stands at 12-1.
