Carroll Tigers (Corpus Christi, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Miller (Corpus Christi, TX). The Buccaneers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record.

Next up, the Coyotes face the King Mustangs (Corpus Christi, TX) in a game, on Friday, October 17. Alice will attempt to advance on its 5-19 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Alice (Alice, TX).
