In Tuesday's league outing, the host Chapel Hill Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the East Chapel Hill Wildcats.

The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hillside (Durham, NC). The Hornets go into the Tobacco Road 6A/7A outing with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Hillside by Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC), 9-0, in a league test.

The Wildcats now have a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northern Durham for a Tobacco Road 6A/7A test on Thursday, October 16. East Chapel Hill will clash with a Knights team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Southern School of Energy and Sustainability (Durham, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-11.
