The Redskins (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Kapaun Mt. Carmel (Wichita, KS). The Crusaders enter the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Kapaun Mt. Carmel nipped South (Wichita, KS), 8-0, in a league match.

The Indians now sport a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Garden City for a Western Athletic match on Thursday, October 16. Hays will meet a Buffaloes team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over West (Wichita, KS). The Buffaloes record now stands at 12-1.
