The South Windsor Bobcats smashed the host Manchester Red Hawks soccer team by a tally of 9-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next, the Bobcats face the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 18. South Windsor will attempt to advance on its 10-1 season record. The Nighthawks enter the game with a 11-2 record after their 1-0 league win over Pomperaug (Southbury, CT).
The Red Hawks (3-11) will now prepare for their game against RHAM (Hebron, CT). The Raptors enter the Central Connecticut - Central game with a 6-6 record. In their last bout, RHAM overcame Edwin O. Smith (Storrs, CT), 4-2, in a league bout.
