Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting San Lorenzo Grizzlies (San Lorenzo, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Dons (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA). The Monarchs come into the West Alameda County - Shoreline challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Eden beat Tennyson (Hayward, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Hayward Farmers (Hayward, CA) in a West Alameda County - Shoreline challenge, on Thursday, October 16. San Lorenzo will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record. The Farmers come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to San Leandro (San Leandro, CA).
