The Milby Buffs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Austin Mustangs to 1 in the Buffs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Buffs now have a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Madison for a 5A Region III District 21 outing on Friday, October 17. Milby will play a Marlins team coming off a 3-0 league win over Sterling (Houston, TX). The Marlins record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Austin drops to 9-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Spring Woods (Houston, TX) to play the Tigers in a 5A Region III District 21 outing on Friday, October 17. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 21-11. Spring Woods won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Carnegie Vanguard (Houston, TX)
