In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] Wildcats.

The Rockets (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND). The Indians enter the B - Region 4 challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Four Winds/Minnewaukan got by St. John (St. John, ND), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Midway/Minto Mustangs (Inkster, ND) in a non-league test, on Monday, October 20. Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] will attempt to improve on its 8-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND).
