In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Bert Corona Charter Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the CHAMPS Panthers.

The Knights (3-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Oaks CES (Sun Valley, CA). The Vanguards enter the North Valley challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Valley Oaks CES was beaten by Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA) in a North Valley challenge, on Wednesday, October 15. CHAMPS will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 26-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA).
